Shui Tao which means 'Way of Water' is a mixed style of martial arts which accentuates fluidity of movement and adaptability to overcome an opponent. Categories taught include; Lines, Forms, Defences, Sparring and Weapons, gradings and competitions are also available. Martial benefits include; a good foundation of stance, movement, blocks, strikes, locks, throws, short and long weapons techniques. Personal benefits include; Discipline, Confidence, Health, Fitness, Focus and Inner Peace
