 Stuart Ford has studied the art of health and fitness for over 27 years and has practiced martial arts for over 17 years including; Taekwondo, Aikido, Seal Lung, Tai Chi, Xingyi and Bagua. He is also the founder of Shui Tao Martial Arts which is a modern mixed system of martial arts combined with the Internal Martial Arts systems of China. He has studied health techniques from ancient and alternative cultures as well as modern and conventional sports science and created a training style that redefines the concept of health and fitness
